Administrative Assistant

Family Foundation Fellowship is a Christian charitable organisation with the aim of providing personal, health, spiritual and cultural education to the general public.

We need a mature and compassionate individual to support the charity in it's next phase of development. You must have a listening ear, remain calm and good recording abilities and great telephone manner

The position will gain valuable work experience for your CV by volunteering on our Administrative Team.  Youw ill be supported to build on yourskills

If you are confident; calm and collected then this is a great role 

You will be:

  • The first point of contact for our customers.
  • Processing the online bookings
  • Helping our customers with their enquiries
  • Arranging collections and deliveries of donations and purchases
  • Keep clear recording of the needs of our individuals who call for help
  • Keep all matters confidential
  • Undertake filing activities to keep documents safe and secure and easy to retract

Demonstrates experience / skills in:

  • Dealing with members of the public with confidence
  • Being organised and able to follow administration procedures accurately
  • Good communication and customer service skills
