Fundraising Case for Support Officer

£30,000 plus competitive benefits package

The role

As our new Case for Support Officer not only is this a great chance to build relationships with staff at all levels in order to collate in-depth information about services provided by the Charity, you will also translate these into compelling cases for support and then monitor and report on the success of funded projects.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Translate plans into project briefs and compelling case for support materials
  • Support the fundraising team by identifying, collating and maintaining a database of projects and data
  • Lead on the gathering and use of service user stories and other materials that can be used to enhance the case for support
  • Track and monitor funding in order to report back to donors

About you

It’s an exciting time to join Sue Ryder and to hit the ground running you will have a good fundraising background preferably with some supporter facing experience. You will ideally have the knowledge to write successful fundraising proposals alongside the analytical skills to process complex data. Building meaningful relationships with people across the organisation is the key to successful outcomes in this role and could open future doors for personal progression into a project management or business development role.
