Administrative Assistant

Job Description

Do you have the right skills and aptitude to support a busy office?  Are you IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Office?  Would you like to work in a “hands-on” environment?  Brasenose College is looking for a highly versatile and motivated team player to fill the key administrative role of Assistant within the Alumni Relations and Fundraising Office.

This role will offer an outstanding opportunity for an enthusiastic and efficient person to play an important part in supporting a friendly, team-spirited office.  You will need to be flexible and able to respond to changing priorities, have the ability to multi-task and manage a varied workload.

The role will encompass a broad range of administrative tasks to include: maintaining database records, running reports, acting as the first point of contact with our alumni body, drafting correspondence, helping with events and basic gift administration.
